THERE ARE OTHER TERMS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU

These terms of use refer to the following additional terms, which also apply to your use of our site:

Our Privacy Policy https://www.buybylist.co.uk/privacy-policy/ which sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us. By using our site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
Our Cookie Policy https://www.buybylist.co.uk/cookie-policy/ which sets out information about the cookies on our site.
Our Terms and Conditions Here if you wish to reserve and purchase the products listed on our site.

OUR WEBSITE

Use of our site is free of charge however, if you wish to reserve and order the products on our site you will need to open an account.

Reserving a product shown on our site is a unique opportunity to purchase products at hugely discounted prices as it is as a way for customers to help themselves and others purchase those products at the discounted price – although we purchase the product at the high street price. For this reason we do not actually stock the products. We can offer the fantastic discounts due to the collective efforts of our customers – the more customers that sign up to a specific offer, the quicker it will become available. For each product sold we require a set number of reservations to be made (this varies from product to product). We will therefore only order the products when we have sufficient reservations to be able to purchase the product at the high street value.

This means that our customers may have to wait a while before receiving the product at the discounted price but you can always see how your reservation is progressing within your account page as it moves up the BuyByList reservations stream.

You can cancel your reservation at any time before it is processed into an order and obtain a full refund.

Our site is only for personal and consumer use and an account cannot be used for any business transaction or purpose.

HOW IT WORKS

To be able to purchase the products shown on the site, you will be required to open an online account. Once your account is activated, you must first reserve the product (“your reservation”) and make payment for the product. The amount you will be required to pay will be the discounted price shown.

We purchase the products at the normal retail value that is applicable at the time of purchase so, for example, if you order a product with a high street value of £800.00 and pay the discounted price of £400.00, the receipt for the product that we will send to you will show the full price that we have paid (although this could be less than the £800.00 depending on price fluctuations and retail price at the time of purchase).

We purchase the products when we receive sufficient funds from our customers to be able to purchase the products from the seller at the high street price, which is why your reservation is placed on the BuyByList – those at the top of the list will receive the product first and then your order will move up the list.

You will be able to monitor, via your account, the placing of your reservation within the BuyByList.

When your reservation reaches the top of the BuyByList, the reservation will then be processed as an order and your product will be despatched to you.

DISCOUNTS OFFERED

The discounted saving on our site are based on the high street prices for the products at the time they were first offered on our site. As high street prices vary often, and we do not update the price of the products after they are listed, we make no warranties or assurances that the products cannot be purchased on the high street for less than the original listing on the website, or that they cannot be purchased on other sites for less than the originally discounted price listed on the website.

Where we state the high street retail prices, it should be noted that the prices are for new products only that can be purchased in the UK and the products may be found cheaper on marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay and outside of the UK, so may those that are offered by way of discounted packages with other goods, goods sold as clearance, liquidation or auction sales, service or reward-based promotions, such as trade-ins, cashbacks, extended warranties or express delivery, or short-term promotions.
